January 13 2006 Dear John, This Carter S-12 (with BCT) is great! It looks good outside, stays in tune, and the undercarriage looks clean. The knee levers and pedals work easily, but you can still feel them, which is nice. I have 4 steel guitars at home and this Carter is the BEST. I'm in a country band and the people all say they love the Carter's sound. I have not even broken a string yet (in 5+ months)! I appreciate your excellent service.
