Please note that you must submit a setup form when ordering a Carter steel with custom setup, extra pedals, knee levers, or other features.

The setup form must be received by us as an e-mail attachment (Excel spreadsheet) or by fax within 48 hours of our receipt of your CSG Cart order or we will ship your Carter steel guitar order with the Most Requested Tuning (Setup). Additional charges will apply if setup is changed after the 48 hour limit.

Purchasing a Carter with a custom setup Download the Setup Form (45KB) in PDF format. If you would prefer to print out a regular order form: download it, Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print it, fill it out, return it to us by fax (972-288-9169) or by e-mail as an attachment. Use the Excel Setup Form and Calculator (101KB) This is an interactive Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that will calculate the cost of any extra pulls, knee levers, pedals, half-stops, or splits for your desired setup in your browser. NOTE: You must use IE 4.01+ or IE 5+ and have Microsoft Excel to use this calculator in your browser. (Also available as an Excel 5.0 zipped file, 49KB and an Excel Workbook zipped file, 67KB) Read the instructions for filling out the form Use Excel to open it. Fill out your specific setup, enter the number of extra options where indicated and save it as: "your name goes here.xls" Return the file by e-mail attachment or by fax (972-288-9169).   Download an Order Form (52KB) in PDF format. If you would prefer to print out a regular order form: download it, Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print it, fill it out, return it to us by fax (972-288-9169) or by e-mail as an attachment. These programs are FREE  (except for Excel). Or, you may ask us to snail mail an order form to you if you prefer, by using our literature request form.

The additional setup costs of extra Pedals, Knee Levers, and Pulls will added to your credit card Sales and other taxes charged where applicable. Prices subject to change without notice.
