August 6, 1998 Hi John and Bud: I have had my new Carter since January 1998 and have enjoyed it from the first moment I sat down behind it. It's hard to describe just how it felt. You might say that it "fit like a glove". It's such a relaxed fit. Also, I am amazed at the sustain my Carter has. It plays with such ease! I never had that on my prior steels. There is so much more I like about the Carter, but for right now, I'll just tell you that I am VERY, VERY SATISFIED with mine! I am proud to be the owner of a Carter Steel Guitar.
