August 22, 1995 Dear John: My Carter is beautiful and my concerns about losing some tone quality compared to my Sho Bud are now gone. The pedal action is certainly much better than expected! I want to add one more thank you, and that is for the Customer Service you provide. Before I ordered the Carter, I called other manufacturers "hot line" number to get information and got "nice cold voice mail" messages. Needless to say talking to you and your staff is much better than punching keys on a telephone. I never called you with a concern or question that did not get answered promptly. This kind of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated in this day and age of super efficiency. Again, the Carter is all that I could have expected.
