September 11, 1999 Hello Ann, John, and Bud, My Carter has felt like an old friend almost from the time I received it in November 1998. And it sounds wonderful!! I have played numerous shows and have received many comments on both the appearance and the sound/tone of the new "baby". It is so smooth in the action . . . and I do not look like I am riding an exercise bike when I am using a knee lever :-) I played on a recording that has begun getting airtime on the radio very recently, "Hillary, the Junkyard Dog" ...
