April 12 2004 Dear John, I have been very happy with my Carter S-10. I received it just a few days after ordering it by phone (it was one of those you were intending to place momentarily on your CSG NOW area when I called). It arrived well-packed. I had it set up and playing in 15 minutes or so. It is as fine a guitar as any I have played. I appreciated the well-written Owner's Manual which was included. It contains some really helpful information on tuning, adjustment, etc. that I found useful. I have only spoken with you and Ann a few times, but those were enough to impress me a lot! You are both a pleasure to deal with because of your professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness.
