November 29, 2000 Dear Bud, John, and Ann My Carter has been fabulous. It always stays in tune, and the levers and pedals always return to pitch. I still enjoy it immensely after 3-1/2 years! The finish is gorgeous -- After a good cleaning :-) I always have to stop and admire its beauty. In short, the Carter is a very high-quality instrument. I'm impressed. In addition, the community of steelers is very friendly. The steel guitar players and businesses which I've dealt with, including Carter Steel Guitars, have been extremely helpful.
