March 1, 1999 Dear Ann, John, and Bud I just want you to know how delighted I am with my new Carter S-10. If I had to use 4 words to describe my Carter, they would be "Craftsmanship and Beautiful Tone". I added a 4th pedal and changed a knee lever setup, all within a matter of a few minutes each, with no problems. Also, Carter's service after the sale is outstanding.
