December 12, 2002 Dear Bud, John and Ann, I finally found a guitar that has it all: Tone, sustain, feel, response, solid, smooth, even, and, above all, inspiring to play. I am very pleased with my purchase, to say the least. In my opinion, it is a "First Class" steel in every way! Ergonomically, I feel a lot more comfortable playing my Carter (with BCT) than any other guitar that I have ever played. I also love the way it looks. The one thing that amazes me about this guitar is there is no need for tuning compensators! It always comes back when lowering or raising any given string. Combine that with very little cabinet drop and all I have to do is think about playing the music. Live on stage or in the studio, my Carter has definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Carter Family for being so nice to me and for making a superb guitar. Your service after the sale has also been very much appreciated.
