March 3, 2001 Dear Ann, John, and Bud: As you know, I purchased my Carter with BCT in August of 2000. I think the joy on my face in my photo says more than words can express. This is my 5th pedal steel guitar. My Emmons push-pull sounded good, but never sounded in tune no matter who worked on it. My MSA got to be too heavy. My Excel lacked the sustain.
