July 24, 2000 Dear Ann, Bud, and John: I purchased my CARTER S-10 with BCT just before the March 2000 Texas Steel Guitar Jamboree. I have owned 6 different brands of steels during my 23 years of playing, including the 2 popular "Biggies". I find the CARTER to be the easiest to play, along with great sustain and great tone! Each string can be heard DISTINCTLY -- BCT -- Awesome! This will be the LAST guitar I will own. How can you improve on the Best? My guitar has no fancy frills, just a good-looking, simple, yet practical machine that will last me a lifetime of playing and enjoyment. CUSTOMER SERVICE: is second to none! EXTRA: I recently wanted to make a 2-pull change on my setup. It was a piece of cake! So EASY!
