June 30 2004 Dear John, I purchased my Carter S-10/DB with BCT technology and Lawrence XR16 pickup a few months ago. I am very pleased to add my name to the long list of happy and satisfied Carter Steel Guitar owners. I really like the knee lever action and, of course, the tone and sound. I am pleasantly surprised at the "non-breakage" of the G string and have ordered additional string sets and extra G strings just in case I break one! But it hasn't happened.
