May 25, 2001 Hi Ann, John and Bud: I got my Carter with BCT (Body-ContactTM Technology) in December of 2000. I was a little skeptical at first, wondering if I had made the right choice. But, as soon as I plugged it up and heard the Carter's great sound, that put my mind to rest. I am extremely happy with my Carter. I have had 3 other Steels and none have given me the sound that the Carter has! In fact, I Play in Church and everyone there really noticed the positive difference in sound, also. I want to thank all of you for the wonderful customer service when ordering my Carter. Thank you for the trade-in for my Sho-Bud -- you all made it so easy.
