November 30 2004 Dear Ann, John and Bud, My new Green Birdseye mica Carter S-10DB (with BCT technology) arrived last Wednesday just as scheduled. My Carter is absolutely wonderful. When I took it out of the case and set it up, the first thing that astounded me was the sound of the guitar BEFORE I plugged it in! You can just hear the whole guitar resonating. It's a joy to play. So much easier than anything I have ever owned. There is not a dead spot anywhere on the guitar and "chimes" just jump out of it. It is so inspiring to play. I cannot say enough good things about it. I find myself sitting down behind it several times a day and it just plays itself. My old Push-Pull guitar is going to get awful lonesome now. I am actually thinking about shedding the old thing and buying a double-neck Carter. Thanks for a fabulous instrument. Please convey my special thanks to Bud. I have not seen him since around 1979 at the Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas when I was playing fiddle there. I would love to stop in someday and say hello to him (and meet you and John!).
