June 7, 2001 Ann, John and Bud: Just a note to say that I am really enjoying my Carter with BCT, which I bought in January as you know. It has the best tone of any guitar I have played. It stays in tune better than any I have owned. Oh yes, it looks great, too. I have played the Carter on several gigs now, and I love how it sounds and stays in tune all evening. My new Carter S-12 is approximately 30 pounds lighter than my old D-10 (another brand) -- and my back really appreciates that!! Beyond all of those good things, I must express my gratitude to World Class Steels, Inc. for your exemplary customer service. First, the guitar was delivered exactly on the date promised (and only 9 days from my phone order). Second, the package that you include for start-up is excellent -- wish I had gotten something like that 25 years ago when I bought my first new steel guitar. Third, and most important: YOU GENUINELY CARE that your customer is satisfied!! No hassle, no problems at all!!
