August 1, 2003 Hello John, Bud, and Ann, Just wanted to say THANKS!!! I am enjoying my new Carter with BCT technology. I am really pleased with the guitar. It is even better than my expectations. The pedals and knee levers work so smoothly, it is hard to describe. And the tone and sustain with the Bill Lawrence XR-16 pickup is just fantastic. Thank you for building such a quality instrument. Supplying a video and owners manual with the guitar is cetainly a professional and thoughtful touch, also. I appreciate John and Bud suggesting the extra LKL knee lever rather than the two verticals also. I do believe it is a better configuration for my setup. A BIG "thank you" to Al Brisco for all his help, also. It has been great dealing with him! It is a pleasure to play such a fine quality instrument. There are a lot of choices out there, and I'm glad I made the right one. Thanks to you folks at Carter, and to Al Brisco for being so WONDERFUL to deal with.
