Shipping Guarantee

We will ship any Standard Carter Steel Guitar to you within 30 days of the date
we receive your Payment (in guaranteed U.S. funds), Written Order and Setup
via "Snail Mail" or "FAX" or via "On-Line Order"**.
If we fail to ship your Order within the 30-day period, we will send you
a Coupon worth up to $55 for Steel Guitar accessories (available through mail order), courses,
or convention admissions at one of the following:

Goodrich Sound Co., George L's®, Jeffran Music, Buddy Emmons Music,
Steeler's Choice, International Steel Guitar Convention in St. Louis,
or T.S.G.A.'s Jamboree in Dallas.

If you choose to cancel your order after the 30-day period has elapsed,
we will still honor this Guarantee at no cost to you.

** Note: Online orders must be paid in full up front.
